Le Mars Flower House & Ghse. proudly serves the Le Mars area. We are family owned and operated for 40 years. Ken Nelson, owner, is celebrating his 50th year as a floral designer and his wife Karen has been offering her expertise to our customers for over 25 years.  We are committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, backed by service that is friendly and prompt. Because all of our customers are important, our professional staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one. That is why we always go the extra mile to make your floral gift perfect.

Our regular shop hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Our shop is closed on Sunday.  However, we do deliver for funerals on Sunday.

We know that you are busy and sometimes you need flowers NOW!  Please note that, even though it's after store hours, that you may always call Le Mars Flowerhouse because we forward our shop phone over to our personal phone. You may also leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  Rest assured that we will work with you to get your order delivered and that it's almost never too late to order flowers.  Designing and delivering flowers and satisfying our customers is how we make our living so please don't ever hesitate to call us.

 

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

We pride ourselves in carrying a large supply of fresh flowers.  Our greenhouse is small but full of tropical plants and blooming plants in the best growing conditions.

A local delivery fee of $10 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)  Addresses starting with 5 digits indicate that these are Rural Route addresses in our local delivery area so there will be an added delivery charge. 

 Please have the recipient's current address, including zip code and telephone number on all deliveries.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays (except funeral deliveries). Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.
